Krupicová kaše
Ingredience
1 l mléka
8 - 10 lžic dětské krupičky
Špetka soli
4 lžíce másla
4 lžíce cukru
Postup
Mléko nalijeme do hrnce, přidáme špetku soli a přidáme krupičku. Počet lžic záleží na velikosti lžíce a také na požadované hustotě kaše. Takto připravenou krupičku v mléce, necháme na chvilku odležet, alespoň 20 minut – to proto, abychom předešli nadýmání. Poté přidáme cukr, máslo a za stálého míchání, aby se nevytvořily hrudky, přivedeme k varu. Pak ještě alespoň 3 minut provaříme za stáleného míchání, tak aby se nám kaše nepřipalovala a můžeme servírovat. Nakonec posypeme tím, co máme rádi, kakaem, čokoládou, skořicí… Je to opravdu pohádka mládí.
