Postup

Rozkvetlé květy bezinek vložíme do větší sklenice (natlačíme co nejvíce květů), zalijeme octem a sklenici uzavřeme. Necháme na slunci 14 dní louhovat, pak procedíme a slijeme do menších lahví, uchováme v chladu a temnu.

Na co je dobrý:
Používáme k obkladům, zábalům, potírání rukou a nohou, což sníží teplotu – mohu vřele doporučit, hlavně maminkám s dětmi. Při vysokých horečkách, při zábalu rukou a nohou, dovede snížit do 30ti minut teplotu až o 2 stupně!!! Dále se používá k obkladům a k masážím namožených svalů. A také je dobrý jej použít jako „mazání“ na štípance od hmyzu.

Použití:
Na zábaly (na snížení teploty) se hotový Bezinkový ocet ředí vodou v poměru cca 1:3 (1 díl octa, 3díly vody).
