Kejlovic koláčky
Ingredience
Postup
Máslo povolené v pokojové teplotě smícháme s hladkou moukou, přidáme špetku soli, tavený sýr a vypracujeme těsto, které zabalíme do potravinářské fólie a necháme alespoň 30 minut v lednici odpočinout. Poté z těsta uděláme kuličky a klademe na plech. Já jsem měla z uvedené dávky 3 plechy a na každém z nich 50 kuliček. Do kuliček obrácenou vařečkou uděláme důlek.
Náplň si připravíme tak, že do pikantnější marmelády nebo povidel přidáme mleté oříšky a kapku rumu. Směs musí být tak „hustá“, aby netekla. Pak již jen pomocí cukrářského sáčku naplníme důlky a koláčky jsou připravené do trouby.
Koláčky pečeme na 170°C do růžova a po upečení je necháme lehce vychladnout a nakonec obalujeme v moučkovém cukru.
